1. Establish a tax exempt non-profit corporation under IRC Section 501 (c) (3). The IRS has determined that we are a public charity under IRC Section 509 (a)
2. Establish this website to expand the following existing ministries:
   • Nursing Home Ministry
   • Original Music Concert Ministry
   • Speaking Engagement Ministry
   • And to initiate a Prison Ministry.



3. Close our landscaping business to devote full time to the ministries. The formation of our non-profit corporation makes it possible for us to accept donations and other gifts to help fulfill our mission. Your tax deductible contributions will help us to :
   • Recoup the expenses associated with establishing, operating and maintaining the tax exempt corporation
   • Recoup the expenses of developing and maintaining the website, other platforms and other forms of advertising
   • Purchase needed sound and recording equipment and supplies
   • Pay for materials such as song books and other literature
   • Provide occasional refreshments for nursing home residents
   • Travel expenses
   • Contribute to missionaries and other ministries

In addition to donations and gifts from our ministry partners, we will generate revenue from speaking engagements, concert ticket sales and sales of music recordings. The nursing home and prison ministries will normally operate free of charge to the institutions. Some speaking engagements and concerts may also be free of charge.
